Speaking Ministry

I am an evangelical, born-again Christian (there really is no other kind). Rather than providing an exhaustive list of doctrinal truths, let me state quite simply that I believe in:

The Book

I believe in God’s holy Word – the Bible. I believe in the verbal-plenary inspiration of the Bible and that it is inerrant, infallible, and indispensable to the Christian life. I believe men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God (2 Pet. 1:21). I believe all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work (2 Tim. 3:16-17). I believe the Bible is the ultimate authority in all matters of doctrine and practice.

The Blood

I believe in personal salvation by grace, through faith, made available to us through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. I believe we are not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, {the blood} of Christ (I Pet. 1:18-19). I further believe God the Father demonstrated His acceptance and approval of that redemptive sacrifice as the propitiation for our sins by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (see Rom. 1:4).

The Blessed Hope

I believe in the actual visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe we should live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds (Titus 2:12-14). Like the apostle Paul I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day (2 Tim. 1:12).

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Jude 24-25.
